Kundendienst ist Vertrauenssache, darüber sind sich Maschinenanwender im Klaren. Kompetente und schnelle Auftragsabwicklung im "Ernstfall" sowie Beratung im Falle von Störungen an der Maschine sind unerläßlich. Weltweit sind derzeit ca. 1000 Scharringhausen-Produkte wie Abkantpressen, Tafelscheren, Blechzuführ und -handlingeinrichtungen sowie Korbbiegemaschinen im Einsatz. Da die frühere Firma Scharringhausen, Philippsburg, die Produktion einstellte, wurde von uns das Zeichnungsarchiv sowie das technische Know-How in Form von Mitarbeiterübernahmen transferiert.

After-Sales Service is a matter of trust. Machine users are aware of this fact. The competent and the fast carrying out of order in case of emergency as well as the advice in case of machine troubles are imperative. At the moment there are worldwide about 1000 Scharringhausen-Products like hydraulic presses, hydraulic shears, sheet metal handling and feeding systems as well as Korbbiegemaschinen in action. As the former company Scharringhausen, Philippsburg, stopped the production, we took over the engineering and technical Know-How as well as the former responsible employees. Besides the pure spare part production, we would be pleased to process your orders concerning improvements or new constructions.
